The Centre has 3 parking Zones, 1 on grade parking and 2 covered parking, all of which allow for 550 vehicles and 125 motorcycles.

Are there public transportation options nearby?

Indeed, there are multiple bus stops within the region, The centre is also extremely accessible with all major taxi routes and the Trianon metro station is just a 400-metre walking distance and accessible through a safe and secure underpass.

The development is proud to announce a diverse range of tenant mix, all well-orchestrated per Level. 

Level 0 boasts 46 retail stores including 9 restaurants, line stores, a pharmacy and a supermarket.

Level 1 accommodates 18 office lots with ease of accessibility to the public.

Level 2 accommodates 7 office lots with a more tranquil and quiet setting including 1 terrace restaurant.

Level 3 accommodates a fully-fledged fitness and wellness centre.

Level 4 accommodates 1 office lot with an independent access point.

Multilevel Design: The centre is organised into different levels, each catering to specific needs. Level 0 features diverse restaurants, boutique stores and a supermarket, while Levels 1, 2, and 4 offer office spaces tailored for professional requirements. Fitness enthusiasts can explore Level 3 for wellness goals.

Tranquil Food Lounge: At the heart of CentrePoint is a calm Food Lounge with diverse seating options, lush greenery and sophisticated overhead lighting. It serves as a serene backdrop for social gatherings and business lunches.

Pulsating Promotions Court: The Promotions Court is ready to keep you guessing, get prepared for an experience like no other! From engaging activities and live music bands to enticing prize giveaways and cutting-edge product launches. it’s where it’s at!

Culinary Excellence: Gourmets can indulge in a variety of culinary experiences with 10 restaurants at CentrePoint. The gastronomic restaurant on Level 2, with a terrace facing the Western mountains, promises a pinnacle gastronomic experience.

Security and Safety

What security measures are in place within the commercial centre?

CentrePoint is a bastion of safety, the centre is within a fenced and gated compound, and it is under 24/7 monitored video surveillance with 200+ cameras recording all areas of the development. It is also manned by security personnel 24/7 and has restricted access points which can be closed off as required.

The Centre has implemented security checkpoints across all levels and within each designated zone. Daily analysis of these checkpoints is conducted to ensure unwavering compliance with security protocols by our contracted security personnel.

Facilities for Tenants

What facilities and designs are available for office tenants?

The Centre generously makes available, 12,500 square metres of office space across levels 1, 2, and 4. The office spaces are modulated and flexible. With spaces ranging from 66m2 to 2,000m2, the Centre caters to the needs of every type of business. 

Office Tenants have the option of selecting a fitted-out office as per the below specifications or obtaining a “grey box” (as is) specification to customise in accordance with their own preferred designs.

A fitted office is prepared by the developer with the below specifications installed:

  1. – Shopfront,
  2. - Floor Tiles,
  3. - Air Conditioning,
  4. - Basic Ceiling,
  5. - Basic Networking,
  6. - Basic Electrical and Lighting
What facilities are available for retail tenants?

The centre makes available, 5,000 square metres of retail space on level 0. With spaces ranging from 30m2 to 1,900m2, the Centre caters to the needs of every segment of retail.

Certain retail stores are prepared by the developer with the below specifications installed:

  1. – Shopfront
  2. – Airconditioning


Other retail stores have a pre-defined Tenant Installation Allowance payable to the Tenant to customise the lots to the approved development standards.

Is there a shared workspace or conference room facilities?

The Centre within future expansion has plans to have a fully-fledged co-working space that will offer state-of-the-art conference facilities.

Community Engagement

How does the commercial centre engage with the local community?

One of our 5 key principles within the business is giving back to our community. Our definition of this is not always based on monetary terms. Showing love to our senior citizens, and taking care of our local orphanage gardens ourselves are just some of the key engagements that we have with our local community.

Our key fundamental principle is the upbringing of our people. The Miracle Mauritian head hunt is a key focus strategy for us, we have provided market booths within the premises where upcoming entrepreneurs can showcase their beautiful creations and talents, we will give the opportunity to our local musicians to perform in the Centre, we will offer our local artists to showcase their talents and brief the visitors of the Centre on the inspirations behind these.

What are the leasing terms and conditions?

Our standard lease term spans a minimum of 3 years, with the possibility of leasing up to 10 years, contingent upon the tenant's profile and the anticipated size of the leased premises. Additionally, we accommodate shorter-term leases for market booths located within the Promotions Court.
